Rosneft board recommends 18.07/share in final divs for 2019

MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil major Rosneft has recommended paying 18.07 rubles per share in final dividends for 2019, with total payments reaching a record of 354.1 billion rubles, or 33.41 rubles per share, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The record date is offered to be scheduled for June 15.

The shareholders will consider the recommendation at an annual general meeting to be held by correspondence on June 2.
